At TE'KOA, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we can review the issue and make it right.

Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at tekoanatural@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence clearly showing the problem (e.g., damaged packaging, wrong item, defect, etc.)

Our team will review your case, and if the claim is deemed valid, we will:

  • Send a replacement product free of charge, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Requests without photo evidence may not be eligible for review.

  • If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
